Currently & a Book Study

Hello.....JUNE!
I am so excited that we have 3 more days of school and 2 workdays.
1 WEEK- that's it!

I am linking up with  Farley with June Currently.

I am super excited to start my summer
BUT and stressed with all we have to do this week.

Can you believe I have moved my classroom
18 times in 18 years?

CRAZY, right?

Anywhoo, I am a pro at moving now:)

I am also joining Jenn at Charts & Chit Chat
(Best Practices 4 Teaching)
for a book study

Reading without Limits is available at Amazon
as well as on the Kindle and the Nook.

More details as the time draws closer:)

Now, I am REALLY off to start this week's lesson plans.

  1. I know you will be so glad to see summer begin, I know I was! I can't believe you have moved 18 times in 18 years! Wow!!! I am also reading Reading Without Limits and joining that book club. Have you gotten very far in the book. I am loving it and can't wait to implement some of the new techniques I have learned! I'll "see" you there!

  2. 18 moves in 18 years?!?! That is nuts. I am sure you have some good packing tips at this point. I am doing my final days' plans tonight...much harder than I thought it would be!

  3. WOW! Is all I can say about moving 18 times in 18 years. I would think that that would be a record of some kind. :) I moved building this year. I was at my old school for 14 years and it was time to move on and start another chapter in my teaching career. I am very lucky to be staying in the same grade level so "yay" for that. I have not heard about this book yet. I will need to look into it and maybe join the Book Study. Thanks for sharing the information.

  4. 18 in 18, that is impressive! You definitely are setting some kind of record! The upside is, you can probably do it now with your eyes closed! Glad I found your blog, I'm your newest follower!

  5. I though 5 schools in 5 years was bad, but you win! I am finally moving into a permanent job where I won't have to move again for a long time. Yay! :) Enjoy your last week!

  6. Yikes 18 moves in 18 years-so sorry! I had to move this year and it has been a couple of years since I had moved. It is a lot of work! Good luck with it! You should be an expert by now with as many times you have moved LOL! Teaching Little Miracles
